INLAND TECH SOLUTIONS

Privacy, in plain language.

Effective September 19, 2026

Who we are

Inland Tech Solutions is a DBA of Inland AV Solutions Inc. This notice covers our public website and inquiries about our services. It does not replace the agreements or notices governing customer projects and software accounts.

Contact us at info@inlandtechsolutions.com or write to Inland AV Solutions Inc., DBA Inland Tech Solutions, Attn: Privacy, 521 W Avenue L, Unit B, Calimesa, CA 92320.

Information we collect and why

When you submit an inquiry, you provide your name, email address, optional company name, service interest, and message. We use these details and related correspondence to respond, discuss services, prepare proposals, and manage our business relationship. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, or confidential information about others.

Our hosting and inquiry services process technical information, including IP addresses, browser/request details, and operational records, to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. The inquiry API uses a short-lived IP-based request limit. Information comes directly from you and your use of the site.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This release does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or third-party marketing embeds. We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our service providers may process technical information to provide hosting and security.

The site uses browser local storage to remember privacy choices for up to 180 days. Accept All permits the optional categories shown; Reject All declines them; Customize lets you choose categories separately. Essential delivery, security, and inquiry functions remain available with either choice. Optional analytics and advertising are currently inactive even if you select Accept All. Before introducing these tools, we will update this notice and request a fresh choice.

Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer to change your selection. Global Privacy Control also keeps advertising off. The legacy Do Not Track signal does not change the site's behavior; no optional tracking is active. Choices apply to this browser/device, and clearing storage removes them. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us.

Who receives information

Authorized personnel of Inland AV Solutions Inc. and service providers supporting hosting, inquiry delivery, email, and business operations may receive information needed for those functions. The website and inquiry route use Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. See Microsoft's privacy statement. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Provider processing may occur outside your state or the United States.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose and record involved: ongoing inquiries and customer relationships, service and transaction records, operational security needs, legal obligations, and disputes. Records in email, hosting systems, and backups may follow different retention periods. You may contact us to request deletion; legal exceptions and backup cycles can affect what can be removed and when. This notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion interval.

Your requests and choices

You may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, or deletion by emailing info@inlandtechsolutions.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, using our website inquiry form, or writing to the mailing address above. Describe the request without sending identity documents or passwords in your initial message.

Depending on your state and the law applicable to our business and the information, you may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; use an authorized agent; or appeal a denied request. This website does not use personal information for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We may need proportionate information to verify a request or an agent's authority, and we may apply lawful exceptions. Browser advertising opt-outs do not require identity verification. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain a denial where required, and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with “Privacy appeal”; you may also contact your state attorney general or applicable privacy regulator.

California residents may request information about disclosures for direct marketing under applicable California law using the same contact methods. We do not provide website inquiry information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Children and security

Our website is intended for adults seeking business services in the United States, not children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can address it. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; use an agreed secure channel for sensitive customer work.

Changes to this notice

We will update the effective date when this notice changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. You can review the current notice using the Privacy Notice link in the footer.
