Opportunity intelligence

Spend your time deciding what to pursue.

Bid invitations and public notices arrive from different places, in different formats, with different levels of detail. Bid Finder brings them together so your team can spend less time sorting and more time evaluating the work that fits.

Built for contractors, specialty trades, integrators, and other businesses that pursue RFPs and project bids.

Inside the app

Less busywork.
More useful work.

Practical tools, with your judgment at the center.

01

Monitor the sources that matter

Bring selected public bid listings and supported email notices into a shared opportunity library. Coverage is configured around the sources available to your business.

02

See why an opportunity fits

AI-assisted reviews help surface relevant scope, geography, ranking reasons, and open questions. Source links let you go back to the original notice.

03

Separate facts from questions

Review reported details, verified information, and missing requirements without treating a promising match as a fully qualified bid.

04

Keep your judgment in the loop

Change a ranking, mark an opportunity non-relevant, and save notes. Decision history keeps the reasoning available when your team returns to a project.

05

Cut down repeat review

Repeated sightings and changed source information stay connected to opportunity records, helping you recognize what is new and what needs another look.

06

Build a focused daily routine

Review a prioritized library instead of starting from an inbox full of notices. The pilot also supports alerts and summary workflows; availability depends on setup.

How it fits your day

A clear path from input to action.

  1. 01

    Define the fit

Start with your trade, service area, preferred work, and the requirements that matter.

  2. 02

    Review the matches

Look at scope, source information, rankings, and items that still need confirmation.

  3. 03

    Decide what comes next

Keep, reprioritize, or set aside opportunities while preserving your notes and decisions.

Built around how you work

Your software.
Or your managed service.

We’re developing two ways to put ITS Bid Finder to work.

Standalone software

Put your team in control.

Use the application inside your own business, with your team managing the day-to-day workflow. Ask about the beta and help shape what comes next.

Software + managed services

Let us manage the work.

Combine the software with an Inland Tech Solutions service package. We agree on the scope, then manage the systems, processes, and supporting technology with you.

Commercial packages and pricing will be shared as they become available. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account or commit you to a purchase.

Where things stand

Built in the real world.
Still getting better.

Current pilot

The internal pilot is live. Customer account requests and onboarding are being tested before broader beta access. Source coverage and available workflows will be confirmed with each participating business.

What’s next

Company-specific trade profiles, customer intake, and separate customer workspaces are part of the customer-beta rollout. We are validating the complete approval, onboarding, and delivery experience before inviting broader use.

Before you join

A few good questions.

Beta participation is a conversation about fit, access, and useful feedback.

Does Bid Finder submit bids for me?

No. It helps discover, organize, and review opportunities. Your team verifies requirements and decides whether and how to respond.

Does it cover every procurement website?

No. Coverage depends on supported public sources, email notices, and source access. Protected portals and some documents may still require manual review.

Can I use it for a trade other than AV?

The first pilot grew out of an AV contractor’s workflow. Customer-beta development includes trade-specific profiles. Tell us your trade and territory so we can assess the fit.

Help shape what’s next

Your business.
Our next beta conversation.

An inquiry requests information; it does not guarantee beta access.
