Start with what you need to see
An office, shop, warehouse, or other business location may need different camera views and recording arrangements. Discuss entrances, relevant work areas, lighting conditions, and the purpose of each proposed view. Inland AV Solutions handles camera installation project discussions.
Plan cameras, cabling and recording together
Camera locations, mounting, cable routes, network capacity, and recording requirements affect the system design. Review the existing equipment and site before selecting a solution. Agree on what will be installed and how operation will be checked at handover.
Decide who can access the system
Discuss account ownership, approved users, remote access requirements, and the process for removing access when staff leave. Define recording retention and export needs during planning. Your business sets appropriate use and access policies; installation does not establish those policies for you.
Clarify ongoing support
ITS can discuss administration of the supporting network and connected devices within an agreed managed-services scope. Camera hardware, recording software, vendor subscriptions, and ongoing support responsibilities should be identified individually. Live monitoring or incident response is not implied by an installation.
What information helps us scope a project?
Share the site location, approximate layout, existing camera or recording equipment, areas you want to cover, and who needs access. A site review helps establish practical installation requirements before a final proposal.
