Plan the network before choosing equipment
Start with how your business works: user counts, office layout, internet connectivity, cloud applications, phones, and connected equipment. A contractor office and a manufacturing facility can have very different requirements. We review the environment before recommending an equipment plan.
Coordinate the physical installation
Inland AV Solutions can scope the physical installation and related low-voltage work. Discuss equipment locations, cabling, access-point placement, power requirements, and installation timing together. Equipment selection and final coverage expectations depend on the site and its requirements.
Define configuration and ownership
ITS can scope router, firewall, switch, Wi-Fi, and DHCP administration. Discuss employee and guest access, connected devices, administrative ownership, and vendor responsibilities. Configuration and changes should be documented so the business knows how the network is supported.
Plan the transition and handover
An equipment change can affect email, phones, applications, and other systems. Agree on the change window, who approves it, how connectivity will be checked, and what documentation will be handed over. Identify any ongoing subscriptions and management fees separately.
Keep support connected after installation
Ongoing network administration can be included in an ITS managed-services agreement. The agreement identifies covered equipment, access, support arrangements, and separately scoped work. Existing networks can also be reviewed without assuming every device needs replacement.
